*Terms and Conditions
Minimum Bid — The minimum accepted bid for this item is $500.
Prize Inclusions — The winning bidder will receive 5 nights’ accommodation for 2 people in Wanaka.
Exclusions — The prize covers accommodation only. Travel, transport, food, activities, and any additional expenses are not included.
Date Approval — Booking dates must be approved by the property owners and are subject to availability.
Validity Period — The stay must be redeemed within 12 months of the auction date unless otherwise agreed with the owners.
Non‑Transferable — The prize is non‑transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold.
Booking Responsibility — The winning bidder is responsible for contacting the owners to arrange dates and confirm the booking.
Cancellations — Once dates are confirmed, any changes or cancellations are at the discretion of the owners.
Auction Rules — All bids are final. The highest valid bid at closing time will be deemed the winner.
Winner - The winner will be announced on Quiz night 26 June. Attendance is not required to win.
Payment — Payment must be made in full on the night of the auction unless prior arrangements have been approved by the organisers.
