Dr James Talbot

Conservative Restorative Care

The preservation of tooth structure is important for maintaining oral health, function and appearance. This seems to run contrary to many dental procedures that involve often heavy tooth reduction. What sort of options are there out there?

James worked in Hospitals in New Zealand, Australia and in the UK before gaining an English Fellowship in 1998. He worked in a Private Practise in London before completing an MSc in Conservative Dentistry in 2004. He worked as an Associate Specialist in Restorative Dentistry at the Royal London Hospital before returning to New Zealand in 2006. He is currently a Partner at the Wellington Dental Practice and and has a practice focused on restorative care.
